Our house models
Swedish-made Attefallshus (25-30 square metres) and Bolundare for the harsh northern climate, with production in the heart of Bohuslän in Hunnebostrand. Bohus-Villans Attefallshus are built for year-round use and are of a high standard, so they fulfil the requirements for supplementary housing.
Different models
We offer several different models of temporary houses with different solutions, you can choose between classic, modern and barn houses. Bohus-Villan's models fit equally well in the city, the countryside or the archipelago.
As standard, we have a loft ladder from Sundals Snickeri, but we also offer various solutions for a staircase in the Attefall houses.
The combined experience of carpenters and architects ensures high quality with smart solutions. Functionality, space and light are keywords in the creation of our SmartLiving holiday homes and second homes.
Turnkey
Attefallshuset can be delivered turnkey and lifted into place on your plot where we connect V/A and electricity. You can also choose to buy our unfurnished solution, read more in the product specification for each Attefallshus about what is included in our furnished and unfurnished package.
If you have an inaccessible plot or want to design the inside of the Attefallshuset yourself, we will help you with a unique solution just for you!

- Wet room certificate: Wet rooms are carried out by authorised workers who follow current Swedish industry regulations.
- Plumbing: All plumbing work is carried out according to current industry regulations and with a certificate of completion.
- Electrical certificates: All our employees hold full electrical qualifications and certificates from Swedish industry organisations.
- Fire safety: All our houses are approved for permanent residence and fulfil all fire and safety requirements.
- Energy values: Our houses are well insulated and adapted to the Nordic climate.
- Accessible houses: Our house models are fully accessible, and are classed as year-round accommodation and offer accommodation for people with disabilities.
