The modern building style is characterised by Swedish materials and quality with a pulpit roof, wood and an oiled handmade oak staircase from Sundals snickeri. The building area of 40 square metres meets Swedish building requirements for permanent housing.
If you choose our decorated package, we deliver the house complete with decorated bathroom including underfloor heating / comfort loop, fully tiled walls and prepared for a washing machine. Here you get a complete kitchen with integrated dishwasher and built-in fan and the following appliances from Siemens; fridge / freezer, convection oven and induction hob. Handmade loft staircase in oiled oak, ventilation, water heater and radiators.
Modern 40 has several options of which the pergola is one that we recommend, the pergola lifts the house exterior and provides another room in nature. The boundary between outside and inside is blurred when the double patio doors are opened. We have standard options for balconies, but of course we also build according to your wishes.
