With the Marstrand semi-detached house, we dock two Marstrand 57s together. Use the houses as two separate units or open the fireproof door and turn it into a substantial holiday home for large families and parties.

In this house the possibilities are great. Rent out the whole house to tourists and get a solid source of income or rent out only one half and use the other for your own use. The choices are many.

In this modern holiday home, the classic Bohus tradition flirts with the cosy and comfortable cottage feel of the mountain houses. In Marstrand 114, each section has a sauna to warm up in when the cold creeps in. Of course, there are also ample storage sheds.

Large common areas and a generous loft make room for the whole family. With a well-planned floor plan and beautiful large windows in the living room and kitchen, we let the different seasons in throughout the house. If you want to optimise the cosiness factor, choose a lovely wood-burning stove.

If you choose our furnished package, each section/house is delivered complete with a furnished bathroom including underfloor heating/comfort loop, fully tiled walls and prepared for a washing machine.

Here you also get a complete kitchen with dishwasher and built-in fan and appliances such as fridge / freezer, convection oven and induction hob. Handmade attic staircase in oiled oak, thoughtful ventilation, large water heater and energy efficient radiators are also included.
