The architect behind Billdal 30 has created smart solutions without taking up space where the key words are function, light flows and views. The sliding door on the outside has several advantages and functions, in addition to the aesthetic, they are drawn to and protect the large glass area, but can also be used as a protection for insight during ventilation. A practical and smart floor plan with a loft that is fitted with ribs up to the ceiling and a suspended loft ladder that optimises the area and creates space in the hall.

Customised package

If you choose our decorated package, we deliver the house complete with decorated bathroom including underfloor heating / comfort loop, fully tiled walls and prepared for a washing machine. Here you get a complete kitchen with built-in fan, fridge / freezer, hot air oven and induction hob. Handmade attic stairs, ventilation, spotlights, water heater and radiators.

Other info

Billdal 30 fulfils the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning's requirements for a supplementary dwelling. In brief, this means, among other things, that the house may have up to 30 sqm* of building area and may be built without a building permit, the only thing required is a building notification to your municipality. The house has all the amenities you could wish for, with a ceiling height of 4 metres, the architect has included a loft.
