Marstrand 57 is the smallest in our Marstrand house series. However, the smaller format is designed for maximum space and space efficiency, and with lovely large windows. In the house, classic Bohus tradition flirts with the cosy and comfortable cottage feel of the mountains. Marstrand 57 contains both a warming sauna and a large storage room. The large common areas and a generous loft make room for the whole family. The well-planned floor plan and the large windows in the living room and kitchen let in plenty of light in all seasons. If you want to optimise the cosiness factor, choose a lovely wood-burning stove.

Smartness

The house has a practical and smart layout and contains 2 bedrooms and a large sleeping loft. The architect has optimised the surfaces and created space in the rooms. The large windows provide great views and let in a lot of daylight, and when it gets dark you have 26 spotlights with dimmers at your disposal. The living space is an efficient 57m2 and fulfils the Swedish requirements for permanent housing.

Customised package

If you choose our furnished package, the house comes with a complete bathroom including underfloor heating / comfort loop, fully tiled walls and prepared for a washing machine. You also get a complete Marbodal kitchen with dishwasher, built-in fan and appliances such as fridge and freezer, convection oven and induction hob. Handmade attic staircase in oiled oak, thoughtful ventilation, large water heater and energy efficient radiators are also included.
