The architect has created maximum space and ceiling height where classic Bohus tradition flirts with smart floor plans. As an option, the smart and externally decorative roof light creates extra space and light, which is the key word in the architect's vision of SmartLiving. In all our houses we optimise smartness and exclusivity. Classic 40 is no exception!

The Classic 40 offers a practical and smart floor plan with a spacious bedroom and a large loft with ample headroom.

Large windows let in plenty of natural light and lovely views, and when it gets dark you have dimmable spotlights at your disposal.

The classic building style with gable roof, wood and oiled oak staircase/ladder from Sundals Finsnickeri creates a wonderfully cosy and homely environment in the true Bohus spirit.

Of course, the Classic 40 fulfils the Swedish building requirements for permanent housing.

Customised package

If you choose our decorated package, we deliver the house complete with decorated bathroom including underfloor heating / comfort loop, fully tiled walls and prepared for a washing machine. Here you also get a complete kitchen with integrated dishwasher and built-in fan as well as fridge / freezer, convection oven and induction hob from either Siemens or Bosch. Handmade attic stairs in oiled oak, ventilation, water heater and radiators are also included.
