The Classic Smart Villa is built to withstand all seasons and is suitable for year-round living as well as a luxury holiday home.
The generous living space of 80 m2 is spread over two buildings plus storage rooms where privacy has been taken into account but still with ample social areas.
With Classic you get the most as the architect has created maximum space and height where classic Bohus feeling flirts with smart floor plans. The houses really breathe old Bohus tradition and have all imaginable modernities and amenities that make the house very easy to enjoy.
As an option, there are the smart and decorative ceiling slats which create space and light as well as spacious sleeping lofts.

Smartness:

Classic Villa is a concept suitable for large families or those with many guests.
Our Classic Villa consists of two houses of 50m2 and 30m2 and a large storage room of 15m2. You get a practical and smart floor plan with 4 bedrooms, 2 sleeping lofts, 2 bathrooms and lots of storage space.
Large windows provide views and let in lots of lovely daylight, and when it gets dark you have plenty of dimmable spotlights at your disposal.
With the Classic Smart Villa you get everything and more.

Decorated package and options:

If you choose our furnished package, the houses are delivered complete with furnished bathrooms including underfloor heating/comfort loop, fully tiled walls and floors and prepared for a washing machine.
The kitchen from Marbodal is complete with fridge and freezer, fan, dishwasher, oven and induction hob. The white goods are either from Bosch or Siemens. Of course, the houses are delivered with oak floors, ventilation, radiators, water heaters, dimmable spotlights and electrical outlets.
Our stairs and loft ladders are handmade in oiled oak and come from Sundals trappor.
