Smartness

You get a practical and smart floor plan with two bedrooms and a spacious sleeping loft, we optimise the area and create space in the rooms. Large window areas provide views and let in a lot of daylight and when it gets dark you have 22 dimmable spotlights at your disposal.

The modern building style is characterised by Swedish materials and quality with a pulpit roof, wood and an oiled handmade oak staircase from Sundals snickeri. The building area of 50 square metres meets Swedish building requirements for permanent housing.

Customised package and options

If you choose our decorated package, we deliver the house complete with decorated bathroom including underfloor heating / comfort loop, fully tiled walls and prepared for a washing machine. Here you get a complete kitchen with integrated dishwasher and built-in fan and the following appliances from Siemens; fridge / freezer, convection oven and induction hob. Handmade loft staircase in oiled oak, ventilation, water heater and radiators.

For our Modern 50, we have several options, of which the pergola is one that we recommend, the pergola lifts the exterior of the house and provides another room in nature. The boundary between outside and inside is blurred when the double patio doors are opened. We have standard options for balconies, but of course we also build according to your wishes.
