Modern Attefall is our own maximised Attefall house that meets the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning's requirements for a supplementary dwelling. In short, this means, among other things, that the house may have up to 30 square metres of building area and may be built without a building permit, the only thing required is a building notification to your municipality. The accessory house can be converted into a permanent residence and thanks to the permitted ceiling height of 4 metres, the architect has included a loft.

The architect has created maximum space and ceiling height, modern and trendy design with panoramic windows. A practical and smart floor plan with a sleeping loft that optimises the area and creates space in the room. Light and space are keywords in the architect's vision of SmartLiving, and with Modern Attefall the ceiling height is maximised internally. In all our houses in the Modern series, we optimise smartness and exclusivity.

The modern building style is characterised by Swedish materials and quality, with pulpit roofs, wood and an oiled handmade oak staircase from Sundals snickeri.

Customised package

If you choose our decorated package, we deliver the house complete with decorated bathroom including underfloor heating / comfort loop, fully tiled walls and prepared for a washing machine. Here you get a complete kitchen with integrated dishwasher and built-in fan and the following appliances from Siemens; fridge / freezer, convection oven and induction hob. Handmade loft staircase in oiled oak, ventilation, water heater and radiators.
